Dr.
Jan Northup,
president
of Management Training Systems, Inc.
is an internationally known author, speaker, organizational strategist
and training specialist. She has served as a
personal coach and mentor for more than 25 years. Fortune 100 companies as well
as local, state and federal agencies have
drawn on her expertise in working with top and mid-level managers in the areas
of strategic planning, transitional planning and quality improvement.

Jan

developer, instructor and adjunct faculty at Bellevue
University, Jan has
also taught at Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International
Management, and at George
Washington
University. She has been the featured speaker
at numerous regional and national conferences.
She was the first woman to conduct a nationwide speaking tour of Australia
on women's management issues. In
recognition of her professional and community accomplishments, she has been the
recipient of numerous awards and commendations.
